Copper Bonded Rod

A Copper Bonded Rod is a high-performance earthing electrode designed to provide a low-resistance path to the ground for effective lightning protection and electrical safety. Manufactured by bonding a uniform layer of pure electrolytic copper over a low carbon steel core, these rods offer high corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life.

They are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial grounding systems, especially in areas with varying soil resistivity.

Key Features

  • High conductivity and low resistance to earth
  • Uniform 99.9% pure copper coating
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
  • Longer service life than GI or bare rods
  • High tensile strength and durable
  • Compatible with all soil types
